The CFO community is THE BESTTTTTT!!!! Being a farm kid, my fitness always came from throwing around bails and wrestling horses. When I went to university years ago, I tried gym culture and it wasn’t for me. And then a year ago, my sister and I tried CrossFit and it did not and HAS NOT disappointed. With each class being led by a coach and everyone being so likeminded for personal growth, there’s no way I could quit or do anything but this for my fitness. Tried Orangeville Crossfit as I moved and changed cities. I am so impressed. This is one of the best gyms. All levels, people are super nice and the owner is just amazing. Gym is super clean and it is huge. Lots of equipment!!!! Overall this is definitely worth the 5 stars, if you are looking for a good crossfit gym search no further!!!!!
Best gym and community or people and trainers you will ever find in the area! I'm not a lover of weights but I am now.
This has been, and continues to be a great experience.
