I’ve been training here for two months now and have been blown away at how welcoming and encouraging everybody in the gym is. All of the coaches genuinely care about the members. They take the time to help with your form and scaling the workouts if you’re not able to do some of the movements. I have already made very noticeable improvements in my fitness and strength. An amazing place, with generous ownership, extremely encouraging coaches, who care about you beyond the fitness and a great community of members! Highly recommend checking out CrossFit Orangeville if you want to just show up and not have to plan a workout or if you’re like me and you want to work and are encouraged alongside others!
I’ve been coming here regularly for a couple of months and have really enjoyed it. Great gym, great atmosphere, and great people. Highly recommended!
