Cannot say enough great things about CrossFit Optimistic, the owners, the coaches, and the community! Had no experience with CrossFit before joining and had never lifted weights before. They made me feel so welcome and I have been amazed at how far I have come in a short amount of time. Coaches are so knowledgeable and I felt safe and supported every workout. It really is an amazing community of athletes!

Adding another updated to my previous reviews for my CrossFit home. I have been CrossFitting since 2009 and it is still my fitness regimen of choice. We have been with Optimistic since their inception 15 years ago and I'm still working out daily at this box. My whole family works out with me here. My wife but also all four of our boys who have progressed from CrossFit kids to Crossfit teens and then to regular adult classes.
