I was always scared of doing CrossFit because I thought I would get hurt but after going to CrossFit Optimistic I wish I would have started sooner. The coaches are amazing. The owners really care about how you are doing. The community is amazing and the classes really challenge you in a positive way. Since coming here I can feel that I’ve gotten stronger and more confident in taking on new challenges. I HIGHLY recommend this gym and people thinking about signing up should do so without thinking twice!
