Great environment. Great community. Dedicated, encouraging, and caring coaches. All the things you look for in a gym.
I have been at this box since it opened and with the owners/coaches even longer. I truly enjoy having this Crossfit on my daily routine. The coaches are very knowledgable and help even the novice scale the daily WOD. The workout's structure and movements are explained expertly and accommodations are made for any physical limitations, e.g. shoulder pain, etc. If you are in San Antonio for work or vacation put a workout here on your list! I was reading all the past reviews before adding my own. All the reviews talk about the same things: the awesome coaches and amazing community. We all come here expecting to have a place to work out and instead find this welcoming community that we turn in to family. CrossFit helps us stay fit and healthy. Our friends keep us coming back for more.
Great gym with enjoyable community and fun events
CrossFit Optimistic is the best CrossFit gym ever! Through them I have been able to achieve goals I hadn’t even thought of. The community is so amazing and supportive! I really love my Optimistic family!
