This gym is inclusive and welcoming. The coaches always make sure you are pushing yourself but with proper form. They make sure you have the movement down before telling you to go heavier, but once you do, they make sure you do! I love the environment and the way I feel since I started.

This isn’t just a gym, it’s family! Jenn is an amazing owner! ALL of the coaches are spectacular and truly care about everyone. There is a place for everyone no matter age or fitness level. Give it a try you won’t regret it!

I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2012 and been to several gyms over the years and all were good. But Onward is truly my home. It’s the small group of friends working hard in the garage atmosphere that hooked me. The owner, Jenn knows every member very well and she has built an amazing culture here. All of the coaches bring that special something to each class. Growth really happens in the right settings and around the best people, that’s Onward.
