Everyone is so kind and they treat their members like family. All the coaches are amazing but steven is honestly the best coach I’ve ever had, she always pushes you to do your very best.

The coaches are knowledgeable and they push you when you need to be pushed. But that’s not what makes them the best. What makes them the best is that they will also stop you when you need to be stopped and, more importantly, correct you when you need to be corrected. Great community. Makes waking up at 4:30 AM a pleasure.
So grateful for finding CrossFit ONUS and the wonderful community it encompasses. I started my CrossFit journey over 10 years ago, and finally finding ONUS has truly made me feel at home. The coaches are not only knowledgeable, but welcoming and supportive to each member. The location is prime, in the center of Boca Raton, and the gym is always clean and organized. If you appreciate an amazing workout alongside down-to-earth people, you have to check out CrossFit ONUS. 😄
