I’ve been going to CrossFit One World for about 14 months now, and it’s been a great experience. I first joined the Boot Camp program, and coaches JP and Moe really made a difference for me. I had no background in CrossFit or weightlifting and felt completely new to it all, but they explained the basics clearly, kept things motivating, and often stepped in to correct form so we built the right foundation.
