Absolutely outstanding experience. I started here over 10 years ago then moved out of state for a while. Came back late 2023 and the atmosphere was exactly what I remembered and why I came back. Extremely challenging program, the trainers clearly put in a lot of work and thought into the workouts and again, there's just something about that box. Feels like family.
