I’ve been dropping into CrossFit on 18th while I’m in town for work over the past year and am incredibly impressed each time I’m here. I’ve taken classes with Dana, Chris and most recently Jacob; each coach kills it. Vibes are always high, members and coaches are very welcoming, and the gym itself is very well-kept and a great atmosphere! Drop-ins here are such a solid part of every trip I make to KC. 10/10 would recommend!
Fantastic gym for CrossFit and hybrid training. I did a week pass that allowed me to do three workouts and still save money. Programming was fun, people were super welcoming and helpful and the coaches were great at helping get settled and modify workouts. Parking is super easy, facilities are clean and music is great. I would happily be a member at this box (I don’t say that lightly) and strongly recommend for a drop in or longer. Do yourself a favour and get a coffee and biscuit from the cafe opposite after.
In town for a conference. Feeling restless. Dropped in CF18 for a workout. Had a blast! Jacob was the nicest, happiest coach. Members were friendly. Facility was clean. If you’re ever in town, or already living in KC, looking for a gym, check them out!
Came for the fitness stayed for the community. Amazing coaches and programming... an all around great time. Ten out of ten, no notes. 11 am class was a fan favorite.
Thanks for making me feel so welcome! I trained at CF18 during a long professional trip and the team and facilities were incredible.
