Dropped in for a class while I was in town for a conference. Very easy to register online. The coaches were super nice and showed me where everything was located in the gym when I showed up. Other members were also very nice and helpful. Organization for the workout was excellent as well. Great equipment.

Absolutely incredible experience at CrossFit on 18th! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by everyone, the community here is next-level friendly. As someone dropping in from out of town, that made a huge difference. The coaching staff and ownership are what really set this gym apart. Crossfit on 18th is fantastic. I've dropped in a couple times while on a work trips and loved the work outs and environment. KC has a good one here!
I came here for a conference, and found this gym based on walking distance from hotel and positive reviews (including from other visitors). I bought a week visitor’s pass for a very reasonable price, and went to the mid-day classes. John was extremely welcoming, as were the regulars/ members. WODs were fun. If I lived here, I would become a member!
