Came for the fitness stayed for the community. Amazing coaches and programming... an all around great time. Ten out of ten, no notes. 11 am class was a fan favorite.

CrossFit on 18th is an excellent gym. I was in Kansas City visiting for a few days and did two drop in classes here. The coach and owner was extremely welcoming and made sure to check in with me about my CrossFit experience and if I had any limitations before we started. Both days the workouts were challenging and well programmed. The gym is in a very cool brick building that gives a semi industrial vibe while still being bright and open.
