CrossFit on 18th is an excellent gym. I was in Kansas City visiting for a few days and did two drop in classes here. The coach and owner was extremely welcoming and made sure to check in with me about my CrossFit experience and if I had any limitations before we started. Both days the workouts were challenging and well programmed. The gym is in a very cool brick building that gives a semi industrial vibe while still being bright and open. I’ve been a member for years now and it’s truly the best gym in KC. Coaches are knowledgeable. Members are friendly & encouraging. Location is top notch. You’ll leave feeling empowered/motivated.
