Greeted immediately with a smile by LaTisha and Coach Dee upon arrival. My 18 y.o. son and I have been to many boxes and knew immediately, by feel, that we were at the right spot! Great cues and coaching! Programming is on point. "Old school" CrossFit approach is where it's at. Nothing fancy. Making people better, safely and with passion, is ALWAYS the answer. Nicely done!!!
If you are into fitness ... this is for you
Dropped in to CF Ocean Springs in Memorial Day to do “Murph”. I was greeted by LaTisha, one of the owners along with one of the coaches. Made me feel welcome. Great facility with plenty of equipment to WOD or just hit up some open gym time. I would recommend CFOS to anyone and I’ll be back as well.
Amazing Experience. The coaches are high caliber and focus on correcting your form, so you don't hurt yourself. I love the camaraderie between the members, and they offer a great military discount.
