All the guys from CrossFit Ocean Grove were awesome. I was down on a family holiday and looking to do some training. Having never done CrossFit before all the coaches walked me through anything I didn’t know and were there to help all the time. All the members were really friendly. Really well run gym. I’ll be back!
1st time Crossfit for me. Jeremy and Maddie were great looking after me and taking me through the workout. Excellent atmosphere and facilities.

Great gym! Vibe was fantastic as a drop-in, first time there and the welcoming community at Ocean Grove was second-to-none! Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
