I’ve dropped into CFOC a few times and every time the experience has been excellent. The people are welcoming. The coaches are knowledgeable and addressed any injuries I had and if I needed mods for the workout. I will definitely drop in again the next time I’m in the area.

Greta runs a fantastic CrossFit box. She and her coaches are very knowledgeable, kind, and make class comfortable for everyone. Anyone can drop in and feel part of the community. My wife and I took classes from Coach Fab and Coach Greta and we were so happy with class. The members were kind and awesome to be around.
