Visiting Port Orchard from Reno. We try to always find a gym to drop in at when we travel. Maureen was so welcoming and so so sweet! Her gym is very clean, and in an area that is easy to find. You can tell She takes great pride in her gym. The work out was great! EMOM of snatches and a fun little chipper followed. Thanks again, Maureen for letting us drop in! We will definitely be back!
The staff are amazing, personable, encouraging, and supportive. With their knowledge and experience, they easily adapt each workout to accommodate any physical limitations. I would go every day if my schedule allowed it!!!
Maureen and Steven (Mother Son duo!!) are fantastic!! I've been to a number of CF gyms around the country over the past 15 years and Maureen and Steven have something special. The combination of people, the encouragement and accommodation for injury and life stage is really unique. Everyone from fire fighters and military, to older folks in their 70's getting their first ever pullup, too pregnant ladies, and injured folks.... you name it! The atmosphere is so welcoming and not intimidating at all. Would definitely recommend!
My husband and I have attended CF NXNW for about 3 years now and the only thing we regret is not attending more often! Maureen and Steven are fantastic coaches and have been really wonderful scaling and changing workouts to accommodate our various injuries and recoveries. Their attention to detail and correct form is a huge part of their success. The atmosphere is wonderfully welcoming with a great mix of different folks who attend. Highly recommend!
