Dropped in while on vacation with my daughter and her BFF. Everyone was very kind and welcoming and the coach did a great job. He even said I look like Rich Froning so I figured that was worth a 5 star review!

More than a gym but a supportive community. gym members are helpful and inclusive, Jimmy and Kristen make sure you have the confirmation, technique and encouragement to become a x fitter!
First time doing crossfit, my brother in law took me, had a great time, coaches were very helpful, gym was great.
