First time doing crossfit, my brother in law took me, had a great time, coaches were very helpful, gym was great.
Dropped in for the 4th of July WOD and it rocked! Great community here and friendly people.
Fantastic gym. The coaching was top tier, facility is great and a great community. Definitely drop in when you’re in the area.
I attended the Friday night lights for the last open workout as an out of town drop in. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The coaches and the members were so welcoming and supportive. I highly recommend, it was a great experience.
