Dropped in and was very pleased with this place. Immediately greeted warmly and made to feel very welcome. JT and staff do a great job coaching and keeping the class moving on schedule. The Box was very clean and well organized. Would definitely recommend.
While I was in town for a work class, I swung by this gym a handful of times including the last week of the open. They were so kind and helpful! Everyone was so nice and willing to come up and talk to me. I can not express my appreciation for this place. I would highly recommend to anyone dropping in! JT is a fantastic owner and very helpful! Thank you again to everyone!
We always stop by this box when we visit Northwest Arkansas. Their new location is so spacious and has a ton of equipment! Great workout!!
A really great crew that were super inviting during my drop in! Great coaching including some form corrections on back squat depth 😆 The gym is super clean and organized with plenty of space and options to scale your workouts
