I was in Northern Kentucky for a month for work and dropped into CNK a few times and absolutely loved it. They made it feel like home for the time being. All the coaches were extremely helpful no matter the skill level, will be back for sure! Workouts were also great!

My daughter and I had the privilege to stop in a couple times while in town. I emailed too many times with the owner, but she never told me that😂 the coaches were great, and their community is awesome! We were excited to find a home gym away from home!
