Wholeheartedly recommend this place. Have never felt stronger after beginning my CrossFit journey 9 months ago. Was initially apprehensive due to the reputation that CrossFit has, but the trainers here are welcoming, supportive and ridiculously knowledgeable. Classes are accessible to all fitness levels and the classes are capped at 12 people per class, which makes you feel well looked after. We visited CrossFit North Carlton twice during our recent trip to Melbourne from Canada, and we were so glad we did! The workouts were challenging in the best way, the coaches were helpful and encouraging, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I dropped in while visiting Melbourne recently and immediately felt welcome from the very first class. The coaches and other members were extremely friendly and helpful.
