Great place to workout. Great sense of community.
Weak ownership.
Spent 5 years being a gym bro. Another 5 attempting to learn powerlifting.now a father of 2 and not much time on my hands to girl a gym, Finally got into early morning CrossFit classes - oh boy this will be a fun journey - no more excuses to skip cardio. Sean the owner is an amazing teacher. He is there 5 am everyday ! The atmosphere at this place is amazing.
This new facility is clean, spacious and a great atmosphere. Great workout plans everyday and thorough coaching for newbies and veterans of CrossFit style workouts.
