We dropped in for a workout at CrossFit NOLA and was great. We did not take a class but just did open gym and I have to say that the place is huge! They have a lot of equippement and the staff was super friendly when welcoming us. It feels like a place with a nice community too! Definitely recommended and a place I'd visit again when coming back to New Orleans.
Amazing Place. I achieved all of my weight loss goals and truly developed a passion for working out. The instructors are top notch, the classes are perfectly planned with warmups and cool downs, and the equipment is always abundant. Come check it out!
Awesome GYM. Came for a drop in. Large space, and clean facilities. The coaches were great and helpful. Members are very welcoming. Many class options and times.
