I have had a great experience here at CrossFit No Regrets in North Reading. Randy is an incredible teacher and motivator with loads of patience as I had no real experience with this type of fitness. Members of the class have also been very encouraging along the way. Based on my experiences here, I would highly recommend Randy and CrossFit No Regrets.

I've been going here for almost 2 months and it has been terrific. A great group of people that will help motivate you to keep showing up and put in the work. For me, just getting to the gym has always been the hardest part and I look forward to coming here every chance I get.

Randy is a fantastic coach and CrossFit no regrets is a fantastic place to train. My wife and I enjoyed our time there and even though we have moved out of state we still follow the programming and speak with Randy often. He has welcomed us like family and I don’t think you can ask for anything more than that!

Randy is an incredible coach. He cares about the people he trains and is invested in their success. The WODs are challenging, yet adaptable to a wide range of fitness levels. Most importantly, the members are welcoming and help make the workouts fun. I highly recommend CrossFit No Regrets!
