CrossFit No Boundaries is a great place to do CrossFit! The coaching here is the best I have seen anywhere. The coaches work really hard to correct improper movements and make sure you do it the right way so that you don’t get hurt! If you are hurt from an injury they are really great at providing you modifications so that you can still get a good workout even with an injury! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get the best CrossFit experience in San Juan Capistrano!
