Dropped in this morning to 5 am class. Coach and members friendly and helpful. Workout was grueling but my partner Laurie got me through it. Look forward to coming back.

Love my CrossFit family and the Coaches are great!!!
Dropped in a couple of times while in town for a conference. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Place was clean and well equipped. I was just using one of their rowers but saw four different classes over the two days. In all of the classes I saw people were working hard, but at same time people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Will definitely go back if I am in town again. Definitely worth trying if you are in the area.
Awesome box! Great pricing and flexibility for my wife and I when we dropped in. Coaching staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Will definitely be dropping in here more often when we are home!
