I started CrossFit Nine7 after 2 years of being non-active and was trying to finally get my health back on track. While I was really worried about starting my physical fitness journey with something that seemed as hardcore as CrossFit in the beginning, I had a great personal trainer (Coach Mike) who helped me slowly get back into fitness.
