I’ve had a great experience at this gym. The coaches are all incredibly welcoming, supportive, and helpful no matter your fitness level. They take the time to explain movements, help you improve, and make everyone feel comfortable from day one. The community is awesome and the atmosphere makes you want to keep coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great CrossFit gym.

I’ve been a member for about three months now, and Joe and the rest of the coaching staff have been excellent. They’re very attentive and make sure you’re performing each movement correctly. They also provide helpful cues that make it easier to understand what adjustments you need to move more efficiently and safely. I would definitely recommend CrossFit Nine7.

Everyone on the team is truly amazing! They create such a welcoming and supportive environment from the moment you walk in. Each member is incredibly patient, taking the time to ensure you feel comfortable and confident with every movement. They pay close attention to your form and individual needs, offering helpful guidance and encouragement throughout. It really makes a difference knowing you're being supported by people who genuinely care about your progress and experience.

I’ve had a great experience training with Joe Floria. He’s an excellent personal trainer who really takes the time to understand your needs and tailor each session accordingly. His focus on proper technique makes me feel safe and confident while also pushing myself. If you’re looking for a coach who combines expertise, attention to detail, and a motivating approach, I would highly recommend training with Joe!
