Have been working out with the Master's CrossFit Group at CrossFit Newnan since 2017. The owner Mindy and our Coaches Eric and Marcie are very deliberate about performing the skills in proper, safe form. With some of us, physical limitations (my case is replaced shoulders) are addressed with alternative moves delivering the desired muscle movements. The is a Gym well worth considering for developing your strength condition.
