I miss this gym so much so glad to visit when I'm in town.
I was in town visiting family and was registered for the 2025 open, CrossFit Newfound was very accommodating and coach Chris was kind enough to judge for me. I was a little intimidated when I saw the fitness level of the athletes I was going to workout with but everyone was kind and supportive and made me feel right at home. I will be back next time I’m in town. Thanks again Chris!!
