Amazing gym! I’ve moved a lot so had to find XFit gyms in many cities and this one is the best of all the places I’ve lived and travelled. The coaches teach excellent technique and are creative in modifications for all mobility issues. If you want to be respected as a person and an athlete and want to feel comfortable where you work out, this gym is for you! Best and friendliest gym in the RVA.
CrossFit NewFound is where my CrossFit journey began back in 2016. What kept me coming back wasn't just the workouts, it was the people. The coaches genuinely care, the programming is thoughtful, and the community is welcoming to everyone from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Nearly a decade later, I'm still grateful this was the gym that introduced me to CrossFit.
I’ve been part of CrossFit NewFound for almost a decade, and it’s hard to overstate the impact this place has had on my life. The coaches are fantastic, knowledgeable, encouraging, and always watch my form to keep me training safely. The community is what keeps me coming back: real friendships, constant encouragement, and a group of people who genuinely want to see each other succeed. It’s motivating, it’s fun, and it feels like home. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be challenged and supported, this is it.
I miss this gym so much so glad to visit when I'm in town.
