Dropped in for a Saturday morning WOD while we were on vacation. The coach was very welcoming and everyone in the class was friendly and encouraging. Highly recommend this box if you’re ever in Vancouver

Always wanted to try crossfit and found this place close to my old workplace. Definitely met my expectations & was a great experience all round from the equipment, programming & tips on form etc from the coaches, always looked forward to the upcoming workouts. The owners are very nice and caring people too !
Dropped in for a Sunday class while visiting Vancouver. I was very pleased to be greeted by such welcoming members in this great space! Very friendly and encouraging coaching with movement/exercise options for all fitness levels! Highly recommend checking out this CrossFit gym even if you have no CrossFit experience. Maybe one of the best places you could start!
