Love this place. They have great coaches and programming, and doing the strength workouts has really improved my running. The people are also pretty fun, fabulous, and supportive. Such an excellent gym, my husband switched from his boring chain gym to here a few months after me.
We are visiting the area and came across CrossFit New Caney. Wonderful staff that want to help you succeed in your fitness goals. Members are friendly and helpful too. Definitely will come back here when visiting tue area again.
I joined Crossfit as a very green beginner. I always felt welcome and supported. Coaches Rigo and Savannah were so helpful. Every person, coaches and members both, were impressive and humble. My time there was invaluable and I highly recommend them to anyone!
Great CrossFit gym! Here visiting for a month and was able to do a punch card. Owner was very happy to welcome us as well as the coaches. Members are friendly and welcoming too. Workouts are awesome we look forward to each one. Coaches are very helpful and encouraging to meet your potential. Definitely recommend whether you’re a local or just visiting. Very much like a family atmosphere.
