Dropped in over the holidays. Very nice gym, great coaching, friendly community, clean gym. Will drop in again when I'm in town next time.
I am traveling from out of town and dropped in to NCR. The gym was organized and the coaching was great. There was also a really good turn out of friendly folks at 6am. I look forward to coming back in the future.
I dropped in for three classes this week. Rali is a great coach, and the athletes are very welcoming. I'll visit again the next time I am in Ottawa.
