Quality Coaching at this establishment!!! They met me right where I was at. Not only did they help me with mechanics/form during lifts but also my MINDSET! I enjoyed it so much I want to make it part of my routine!!! Every other Saturday is for LIFTING!!!!
Was visiting some family in the Navarre area and dropped in, twice so far, for a workout. Very nice facility, friendly coaching staff and two great workouts. I'm very happy to have found Crossfit Navarre! Easily accessible by car, plenty of parking, signup and pay online - couldn't be easier.
Edit: 12/21/25 If you’re a beginner like I was, please consider joining! I have seen changes inside and out from joining in October. I have lupus and my mobility has improved, I haven’t had as many flares or as severe. Community here is amazing! We absolutely love it! I really can’t praise CrossFit Navarre enough! My sister and I did two drop-in classes while in town with family. Clean facility, knowledgeable coaches, and great workouts. They made it very easy to hop right in. Highly recommend!
