I'm in the "Legends" class. I'm seeing my fitness improve constantly. Every 55+ should be taking this class.
I started working with a personal trainer in January and my results have been amazing! 18 sessions in and getting toned and stronger every week. Staff is professional and friendly. Cost is fair for the services provided.
Cheryl did a great job coaching today, as always, challenging us, while guiding and correcting our form as needed.

This is the best gym, from The coaches, (Russ and Bree) The owner Monica and the manager Cheryl, they work together like a well oiled machine.. They are so encouraging, kind and patient. The patrons are the same. What a great group of people. I was at the gym for 3 months, I can't wait to go back.
