I'm in the "Legends" class. I'm seeing my fitness improve constantly. Every 55+ should be taking this class.
I started working with a personal trainer in January and my results have been amazing! 18 sessions in and getting toned and stronger every week. Staff is professional and friendly. Cost is fair for the services provided.
Cheryl did a great job coaching today, as always, challenging us, while guiding and correcting our form as needed.
