Angelo is one of a kind, he has kept me mobile after a serious accident. The atmosphere is positive encouragement, but let's talk results. I've been training with Angelo 1:1 for over 3 years now, and he is a HUGE reason I'm still active after breaking my knee. The standard PT wasnt working, I was still hobbling around and taking stairs one at a time. Angelo's approach has no pain, rarely soreness, and always careful. I have been going to MXI for over a year now. I could not be happier with the results. Coach Angelo runs a fun and inviting class. It truly is a class for all levels of fitness. It's a great gym for a good laugh, making freinds, and lifting some heavy weights.

By far the best gym I’ve gone to, for both beginners and experts. Even in crowded classes you get guidance and encouragement, and the workouts are balanced to prevent overworking yourself.
