I can’t say enough good things about Crossfit Muse and Coach Vanessa. I met Coach Vanessa a few years ago at a local gym. She was teaching some fitness classes. I was instantly inspired by her motivation. I started using her as a personal trainer and even had her train my daughter specifically for volleyball. CrossFit Muse is a great place to shape up! The community of people and diverse workouts make for a great environment. Coach Vanessa makes fitness accessible to everyone regardless of age, physical ailment, ability, etc... CrossFit is fitness for everyone, and CrossFit Muse and Vanessa provide that opportunity. Tough workout. Just what the Dr. ordered. Went here at the recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon to help correct a range of motion issue and strengthen the related muscles. Vanessa is the best trainer I've had outside the Marines for motivating you and she makes the workout fun.
