I was lucky enough to go to Muddy Waters for a couple of months and it was AMAZING. The owner is super cool and they make CrossFit fun. LOVE THIS PLACE!

I can’t say enough about James and the rest of the family at this CrossFit gym. If you join this gym you’ll find a community and tribe. CrossFit can be intimidating but I don’t think you’ll find a better coach or CrossFit gym in Utah. James cares like no other coach and his expertise is next level.
I was nervous about starting my fitness journey at an intimidating gym like CrossFit. My first day was exactly what I was hoping for, an excellent coach who gave me one on one time to make sure my form was correct, a welcoming and family oriented crew of fellow people on the path with me, and top of the line equipment and gym. I have such a hard time working out, I do not enjoy it, I don't know what I'm doing, I can never stick to a routine. But I love EVERYTHING about this place! I love the friends I've made. I love the encouraging atmosphere. I want to show up everyday and I love it!
