If you looking for vibes while you gym mixing gymnastics, weightlifitng and cardio then this is for you. Bella, Jessie, Freddie, Taylor, Hector and Sam know how to put the W into workout.
I was in the area for a couple of days, they team at Movida where very welcoming for me to do some drip in sessions and also very inviting for me to complete 25.2 while in the area. Thanks very much for the hospitality guys.
I was visiting the area for a week and dropped in to Crossfit Movida for some workouts. Very glad I did! Sam, Bella, Hector, Jesse, and Taylor were extremely welcoming and so were all the other members. You guys have a great thing going here and I will definitely back on my next trip!
