Posting from my boyfriend's account- but while I cant say much in regards to the gym aspect- I can 100000 percent guarantee this is the best group of people you'll ever meet. I accidentally stumbled onto them trying to locate the church next door while being in need of prayer. They were so quick and gracious to take me aside and pray with me. This place is fantastic! It’s been years since I’ve done CrossFit so I was a little nervous but I’m so glad I went. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Coach Kelcey explained the workout, showed us proper form but also offered modifications too. Everyone encouraged each other while getting a great workout. Your first week is FREE! Go try it!

I haven't worked out in years but I have never felt better after starting my day with a crossfit workout. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the class leader Josh was very encouraging; making it easy to push myself to the end of the class. 100% recommend this gym. Thank you for the awesome experience. Can't wait to get to the next class!!.. 💪👌

Fantastic CrossFit gym! The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and truly care about your progress. The community here is incredibly supportive, and the workouts are challenging but scalable for all fitness levels. If you’re looking to push your limits and have fun doing it, this is the place to be!
