Great environment and people. The instructors are wonderful and help give you a great workout, but also keep you from getting hurt.
Feels like an extension of the box I used to go to, for me. However, having had 2 babies since, I REALLY appreciate the daycare option. Babies have a great time while momma works her way back to health. Everyone here is invested in getting a good workout, taking good care of the people and overall making the environment welcoming and workouts possible in a smart way.
Whether you’re a fitness guru or haven’t worked out since high school like me, the coaches do a good job building the workouts. And if you get Jared as your coach, he does a great job pushing you while also correcting bad form so you don’t hurt yourself (I appreciate not creating preventable injuries). Would recommend for structured workouts!
A great “box” for a local community. Whether you are new to CrossFit or have been a part of the CF community for a while you should stop by and try out CF Mountain Grove. The owners are a big part of the community and love what they do. Come in for a great workout with old friends you get to meet for the first time.
We are so happy we joined CrossFit Mountain Grove. We couldn’t ask for more. Owners and coaches treat you like a family. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. We appreciate every minute we spend there, during the workout or during the conversations we have with people. Also, childcare is highly appreciated for busy families. Always looking forward to workout and seeing amazing crowd of people is a big positive. It feels really good to be part of it! Thanks y’all 😊
