I have had never exercised before until I joined CrossFit MOTO. Due to health reasons I tried different gyms and trainers I got bored easily and couldn’t stay motivated. I absolutely love CrossFit MOTO! I’ve been a member for about a month and feel so at home. The team made it so easy to fall in love with MOTO & the sport of CrossFit. The coaches are beyond knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you reach your fitness goals. It’s such a family and non-judgmental atmosphere. They even let me bring my feral toddlers!!! I can’t imagine being anywhere else!
