10/10 recommend this crossfit! everybody is very welcoming & humble. the facility itself is very clean. the coaches are very nice & helpful when it comes to learning techniques & movements.

I decided to give this gym a try after hearing so many great things about it. The new owner Alonzo promotes both himself and the gym as being Christian. Unfortunately my experience did not reflect those values. At first he would compliment me which I didn't mind. However it eventually became uncomfortable because he began consistently messaging me across different platforms. First time doing cross fit, I being a runner all my life. This group is awesome, coaches help you with form and everything you need. Everybody is so friendly, I feel happy I started coming here .
There is never a dull moment going to CrossFit daily but dropping by CrossFit mix was an absolute pleasure. I had this nagging headache that disappeared after the warmup. The workout itself was intense but the group made it easy and fun. I enjoyed my time and it was free. If ever I am in the area, I will be dropped by, not because it is free but because of the friendliness and respect. Thank you.
