There is never a dull moment going to CrossFit daily but dropping by CrossFit mix was an absolute pleasure. I had this nagging headache that disappeared after the warmup. The workout itself was intense but the group made it easy and fun. I enjoyed my time and it was free. If ever I am in the area, I will be dropped by, not because it is free but because of the friendliness and respect. Thank you.
Great place to workout! Community is awesome & the members are awesome. Coach Gaby is always pushing me to do better as well as all of the other coaches. 10/10 gym! Coach Alonzo makes you feel like you’re at home from day 1!
