Great place to get back into shape. Friendly environment, it is easier to get motivated when other around you are supportive. That is key to being successful. CFM has this supportive environment.

Each class is like a personal training session with the coach. The class size is small allowing the coach to provide personalized feedback. And when it clicks, it’s amazing what you can accomplish.

A year ago I joined CF Mischief because I had health issues that left me feeling like I couldn’t get back in shape and I needed a change. I have genetic heart issues that I was worried about working out with but after just 2 months of slowly pushing myself with these workouts, my heart health was so much stronger. I absolutely love this CrossFit gym! From the intense, varied workouts to the supportive community who’s always cheering for me, everything about it is amazing. It’s addictive—I can’t imagine not going now! Each session pushes me to my limits, and the results speak for themselves. The coaches are very meticulous, knowledgeable and encouraging, and I feel stronger and more motivated every day. This gym has truly become a highlight of my daily routine! Thanks to Arianne and all the amazing coaches ♥️
