I cannot say enough good things about CrossFit Mischief and the trainers here. Starting a health journey can be intimidating, but the team is super approachable, knowledgeable, and always encouraging. They take the time to ensure my form is correct and keep me motivated. Arianne, Alex, Compton, Jake - Each and every trainer takes care of everyone in the session. It feels like a community, not just a gym!
I visited the gym a few days as a Drop In while traveling through the area. Very friendly and welcoming coaches and members. I will definitely come back next time I’m in the area.
