I’ve been coming to Tonka CrossFit since March, and the programming here is so much fun! The community is incredibly supportive. Every time I come to class, I learn something new or push myself in ways I didn’t know I was capable of. There’s a huge variety of classes to choose from—strength class, Olympic lifting, HYROX, and gymnastics and so much more! There’s even a room with gym equipment you’d find in a traditional gym, so you can do accessory work too. I love it here!
I have been a member of this gym for 9 years and don't have any plans to change that. Not only am I in the best shape of my life but I enjoy the friends I get to work out with each morning and the support from the coaches!
