Great gym, great coaches, great community
Dropped into Tonka Fitness while I was in town visiting. Very welcoming coaches and members. Great gym and workouts!
Don't believe the 5star hype. Went to this gym to try it out with a friend, and while yes it is a nice space, it is definitely NOT a gym community I'd want to be a part of. Very clicky, coaches were only interested in the people who were competing, and even when I sought out help for form I was barely looked at and just given a thumbs up. To top it off, at the end of the session they were basically bribing people to leave them good reviews for discounts on memberships. Definitely not going back to this place.
No one answers the phone, made several attempts. Then got a text. The contact us page didn’t work either. All I wanted was basic information. Not interested in Tonka Fitness anymore…
I love the knowledgeable coaches here. They do an awesome job of coaching, encouraging and helping you improve no matter where you are at with your fitness. The gym has a great mix of incredibly fit Hyrox and CrossFit people that enjoy competing as well as CrossFit Newbies. Wide range of ages, fitness levels and walks of life make it very welcoming (occasionally intimidating )
