I participated in Tonkas HYROX class, as well as open gym the following day. The class was informative, structured well, and I left feeling like I was truly challenged. Open gym has a TON of equipment, including machines in the back. (Rare!) Good vibes, kind members. Definitely recommended.

Dropped into Tonka Fitness while I was in town visiting. Very welcoming coaches and members. Great gym and workouts!
Don't believe the 5star hype. Went to this gym to try it out with a friend, and while yes it is a nice space, it is definitely NOT a gym community I'd want to be a part of. Very clicky, coaches were only interested in the people who were competing, and even when I sought out help for form I was barely looked at and just given a thumbs up. To top it off, at the end of the session they were basically bribing people to leave them good reviews for discounts on memberships. Definitely not going back to this place.
