Fantastic gym for beginner to pro! Jarryd and the team are experienced and make everyone feel welcome. Each training cycle is well programmed, and you can easily track your progression on the fitbox app on your phone. Regular of out of gym activities too :) See you in the gym soon! ‍♂️

I’ve trained at CrossFit Minerva for 2 years now and I love it. I always thought CrossFit looked super intimidating but my neighbour convinced me to try it and I quickly found that all the workouts can be scaled down and adjusted to suit your ability. The coaches are great at finding different options in the workouts to cater for different levels of mobility or working around injuries which I have found to be a great help.
