Excellent CrossFit gym with a supportive and friendly community, and great facilities. The coaches are skilled and encouraging, making it a good place to train, no matter your fitness level.
I couldn't speak more highly of Minerva. A VERY friendly team who encourages me to succeed and achieve my goals. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. No matter what fitness level you are at they are there to help. In such a short period I have gained so much strength and it was something I never thought I could do. I recommend it highly to all my fiends and family.
Cannot recommend this place enough! I was nervous when I started, as there’s always been a lot of stigma around the term ‘Crossfit,’ but I absolutely have loved all of it straight from the get go!
