I did a couple drop-ins in the area, and l loved Crossfit Milpitas. I was worried about an injury and the coach immediately planned for alternative workouts I can do. Plus, the energy coach Vito brings in is better than a morning coffee - thanks CF Milpitas!
Joining CrossFit Milpitas has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made, especially as someone totally new to WODs and Metcons. The coaches are absolute legends—Coach Jen, Coach Rose, Coach Tyler, and the whole crew made sure I survived burpees with my dignity mostly intact. And the community? Next-level. Supportive, friendly, and hype—no judgment, just everyone cheering like you’re auditioning for a Physical 100 reality show. CrossFit Milpitas isn’t just a gym—it’s a fun, motivating, feel-good family. I love it!
Overall, the gym is great — clean space, friendly members, and strong coaching. Coach Vito is very knowledgeable and pushes people to improve. However, at times his seriousness can cross the line into being a bit of a bully. After a long day, members who still show up to train don’t want to feel ridiculed. More encouragement instead of criticism would make an already great gym even better.
CFM is an absolute game changer! The programming is top-notch, challenging yet scalable for all fitness levels. Every workout pushes me beyond what I thought my limits were, and the results speak for themselves! The coaches are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely care about helping members improve their form, strength, and endurance. The facility is always clean and well-equipped, making every workout enjoyable. But the best part has to be the community!
