I highly recommend Crossfit Milllstone for anyone interested. The coaches are great, the facilities and equipment are nice, and the community is the fantastic. Scaling options available for all levels of fitness.
I’m new to CrossFit and dropping in while traveling. I’m so glad I came to this gym! Josh was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable even with my limited CrossFit experience. What stood out to me was how supportive the environment was. There were people of all experience levels. Large gym, all the good equipment, great staff are all big things for this place but I also love the flexibility of full membership down to pay on the spot drop in sessions and punch cards for those that sometimes can't commit to the fulltime.
I was in town for my son’s baseball tournament and had a couple of great workouts this past weekend. The husband-wife team that runs CrossFit Millstone were extremely welcoming and seem to have a true passion for fitness. The gym was spacious, clean and well organized. I’d highly recommend CF Millstone!
