Super clean, friendly, nice equipment , and great layout
Great gym and owners! My wife and I were in town for a baseball tournament and were looking for a place to do Murph. Amanda and Josh welcomed us into their beautiful facility and even did Murph with us. The gym has a ton of great equipment and was very clean. I highly recommend Crossfit Millstone.
From day one at CrossFit Millstone, I’ve felt welcomed. The community here is incredible and supportive, and the family events make it even better. The workouts are tough and definitely whoop me, but that’s why I keep showing up. Josh and Amanda have this place feeling so much more than just a gym.
CrossFit Millstone is my go to CrossFit gym whenever I’m in the area! I dropped in once a year ago and had such a great experience with the owners (Josh and Amanda), coaches, and members of this gym I just had to come back and the experience was just as great as it was the first time. As soon as I walk in the door I know I’ll feel welcomed and it’s an awesome feeling to have especially when traveling. Thank you again CrossFit Millstone for the hospitality and the awesome workouts! This gym is an incredible place to train and grow. The atmosphere is welcoming, the coaching is knowledgeable and intentional, and the community is truly empowering. What stands out most is the focus on proper movement, individual attention, and creating an environment where everyone- no matter their starting point- feels capable and supported. It’s a space that encourages strength, confidence, and consistency. Grateful to be part of a gym that genuinely cares about its members and their progress.
