Everything about this place is amazing — the coach, the facility, and the athletes. I genuinely feel like going every day! Highly recommended. Diagio is the best — incredibly knowledgeable and motivating. The whole community is so encouraging, and they maintain a positive, healthy environment. Easily one of the best CrossFit facilities in the state.

Dropped in on a weekend for a workout. Nice to have 3 classes available on a Sunday! Big space and nice members. Highly recommend!
