Every time I have dropped in here, it’s been a phenomenal workout. Diogo is so sweet and it shows in how great and supportive the community is. The programming is thoughtful, challenging and approachable!
I had a great experience at Crossfit Milburn ! The owner was extremely friendly and all the people there were so nice. The gym was clean and the workout was challenging and rewarding. I was visiting a friend for the weekend who frequents this CrossFit gym and as a non-member they were all so welcoming. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.
The space is great! Diogo and the team are very warm and accommodating and the WODs are great. Go here if you want to get stronger. Also, close proximity to downtown Millburn.
Everything about this place is amazing — the coach, the facility, and the athletes. I genuinely feel like going every day! Highly recommended. Diagio is the best — incredibly knowledgeable and motivating. The whole community is so encouraging, and they maintain a positive, healthy environment. Easily one of the best CrossFit facilities in the state.
