I’ve enjoyed my experience there. Great place to begin or continue one’s CrossFit journey. Owner has lots of credibility. Being there you brush shoulders with other people who fight to win the day & get better than they were yesterday. 💪🏾
I moved back to Little Rock a few months ago and was immediately in search of a hyrox affiliate gym. CrossFit midpoint is the first hyrox affiliated gym in the state so I thought I would check out a class. The class was amazing and exactly what I was looking for. Chris Summers was a great coach!! I am definitely going back! If you’re looking for a great conditioning style workout in a great environment, I 100% recommend Crossfit midpoint!

Amazing CrossFit community led by Chris Summers. Dropped in for a class and everyone was very welcoming, the programming was challenging, and the coaching was fantastic. Top notch facility with great equipment and one of the cleanest gyms that I have been to. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their fitness.
The experience overall is great! The members and the coaching staff create a welcoming environment. Whether you are a beginner or looking for a challenge, give them a try! I know I will be coming back.
