CFMC is a great place to be. The coaches there are very well informed and versed in the workouts/movements. The equipment is in great shape and more than enough to use for any class size. Great spot!
Since the first day I walked into this gym I have been treated with so much kindness and respect. The coaches are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I love the fact that they offer so many time frames to be able to attend. Hands down a very amazing gym.
