Let me just start off by saying this place is very special to me, I trained here since right before covid until this past summer (only stopped due to a back injury). Crossfit mfc is a great gym with a friendly atmosphere! The coaches are very professional and always there for help and coaching your movement to make sure you understand the movement and your own bodies mobility! Always a different workout. Many different class hours to choose from. Unlimited classes for monthly fee. No hidden fees like other commercial gyms!! Never loved a place more!! Going on 2 years here and still not leaving.

I was terrified to try CrossFit but the coaches are so helpful and motivating. This is my second round of boot camp and I hope to make it a consistent thing. Drop in and see for yourself how awesome fitness can be.
