Best gym; so many caring and helpful coaches and teammates who push you and cheer you on. No better group of people to work out with
CFMAH is the best. Just the right amount of intensity, variation, coaching, and community. I look forward to getting out of the house to see gym friends but most of all I look forward to challenging myself in ways I never would on my own. I would and do recommend to everyone! All ages, shapes, sizes, abilities work out here and that’s the best part. It takes a little courage coming in and trying something that feels a little intimidating, but the welcoming and supportive members will quickly help you shake your nerves.
