I was in town for a short period. This is a great place to join. The owner is great and the training team and members are all very patient and willing to help! Highly recommended and don’t get discouraged if you are not learning the techniques right away. They will gauge workouts tailored to your ability.

Awesome gym! Found a new place and plan to stay for as long as I can. CFM has the best programming. Oly class is the best and most challenging. I have reached PR’s in this gym!

Exceptional! I joined CrossFit Mesa about a year ago. I had been doing CrossFit for about 4 years prior to joint CFM. If you are new to CrossFit don’t worry! The coaches at CFM are all outstanding and will help you learn the movements at your pace. If you are an experienced at CrossFit they can make you better. The gym has a nice array of age and skill ranges so there is something for everyone. Proud to be a member.
