I've been attending CrossFit Box Merak for 3 years and can honestly say it's transformed my fitness level. Kelly and Zack are incredibly knowledgeable and always ensure proper form, which is essential for us all. The classes are well-structured with a great mix of movements and scaling options, and the community is incredibly supportive and everyone cheers each other on! Every session is a challenge, while still feeling safe and motivated to reach my goals.

Great coaches and people at Merak! There’s never a dull moment with coach Kelly. You will learn proper lifting techniques and hear great commentary while doing it. If you’re thinking about joining, just do it. Come laugh and suffer with us!
Can’t beat the environment! Felt welcomed, as someone who has never lifted and is ridiculously out of shape. I’ve made huge improvements in the past 6 months! The coaches are fantastic at helping me scale as needed.
If you're looking for a gym/box that will work with to you to achieve your fitness/health goals you found it!!! So happy I joined back in 2020. I may moan and groan when I'm there but I truly look forward to going and when I can't make go I miss it!!! This box and coaches are family!!!
