My wife and I dropped in on a Thursday morning. What a great all-around experience! This is easily one of the best if not the best box so far (incidentally, we have travelled quite a bit visiting both international and various different state locations). The best gym/ community you could ask for. I've been with Mentality for just over a year, and the coaches and other members are amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and offers a supportive environment. I've been to a few other crossfit gyms over the years, but Mentality is unbeatable.
When I first approached the humble facade of CrossFit Mentality, tucked away in an unassuming industrial park, I didn’t know what to expect. I had only a vague idea of what CrossFit consisted of, but a deconditioned body begging to be whipped into shape compelled me to push my nerves aside - and I am so glad I did. Great place for a drop-in! I was in the area for work and hope to come back again. The facility is top notch and so were the folks there. I felt very welcome and got a great workout. Wish Mentality was in my town!
