My wife and I dropped in on a Thursday morning. What a great all-around experience! This is easily one of the best if not the best box so far (incidentally, we have travelled quite a bit visiting both international and various different state locations). The best gym/ community you could ask for. I've been with Mentality for just over a year, and the coaches and other members are amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and offers a supportive environment. I've been to a few other crossfit gyms over the years, but Mentality is unbeatable.
When I first approached the humble facade of CrossFit Mentality, tucked away in an unassuming industrial park, I didn’t know what to expect. Great place for a drop-in! I was in the area for work and hope to come back again. The facility is top notch and so were the folks there. I felt very welcome and got a great workout. Wish Mentality was in my town!
I’ve been a member at CrossFit Mentality for close to two years now and it’s best gym in the area. The coaching staff is caring and knowledgeable and they’re learning from one of the best in the sport, Scott Panchik. They have more than enough equipment and space, plus they’re always updating the gym to better serve their members.
