I've been a member for 8 years now and love it! It's a great way to get in shape, increase mobility and help accomplish everyday tasks. The owner and coaches are well trained and really teach you how to do things correctly and safely. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming, encouraging and like family. I highly recommend giving Menace a try, I think you'll like it.

Menace is the epitome of making lemonade out of lemons! Who likes working out and CrossFit at that? I started here a year ago after my husband has been trying to convince me for 5+ years. I freaking LOVE this place not for the exercises because I contemplate my decision to get physically beat up every time, but the coaches, members, and level of friendship/teamwork are beyond any lactic acid buildup I experience. Member since 2016. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking to start or enhance their fitness level. It's a fantastic community! Bonus: 24/7 access to programming and exceptional equipment!
