Super thankful for CrossFit gyms like Mecklenburg! Brendan is always great to chat with & the people are welcoming. Good gyms are hard to find nowadays, these guys are great.
There are many CrossFit gyms in the Charlotte Area, however, CrossFit Meck is one of the best. Coaches who are elite athletes themselves and still compete in competitions that help you no matter what fitness level. The gym is large with plenty of space and equipment for each athlete. Every coach is always so friendly and ready to help pump you up for whatever workout is thrown your way. I dropped in while at a work conference this week and the coach was extremely accommodating and helped me work on further perfecting my squat. Friendly and very welcoming...

Dropped in for a workout on work travel and had a great time. I’ve been crossfitting over 15 years now and have worked out all over - you can just tell when a gym is well run and has built a great community. Brendan was super welcoming and clearly a crossfit OG. Space was cool and well equipped - definitely recommend!
